Laura guides us through the food supply chain in search of the ingredients for her favorite menu. From an urban farm to the supermarket, we learn about what conditions each product gets produced in, sustainable packaging, and how to read labels. Once she acquires all the ingredients of a balanced meal, Laura cooks and eats her favorite dishes with a whole new perspective. View episodes.
'RODACONTES' - Creator & designer
Multi-platform project developed across two courses in university throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. "Rodacontes" is a kid's book club television show where children (ages 6-9) interact weekly to learn about and explore various international tales. It also has an app that transforms reading into an interactive game. Children can also write and share their own stories.
'I AM LEGEND' - Set decorator
Based on the novel "I Am Legend" by Richard Matheson. An interpretation of Robert Neville's bunker house workshop transformed from his deceased daughter's bedroom.
